You should *not* modify your profile, because if you make a mistake, ET doesn't work proper any more!!!
If your own config isn't correct, the profile will not be modified - and u can play with your old one!

i have in my folder /wolfenstein/etmain/ :
- 1 file autoexec.cfg ( like v3nom said it s not exist by default) ,
in this file i type exec nhk.cfg (like goks said u can use notepad to create this file)

- 1 file nhk.cfg where u can find personal options, bind, etc...
in this file u can type 1 line for load your cfg quickly : bind ins "exec autoexec; echo ^3Loading cfg"

first time u want to use your cfg u need to type in console /exec autoexec , other times u can use your bind ins.
